Amacon, who completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the office tower at Grandin Parc Village in downtown St. Albert earlier this year, announced today, along with CBRE, the commercial real estate brokerage representing the leasable offices, a major new long-term tenant.
The top floor of the office tower, representing 9,500 square feet, has been leased to Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries Inc., an Alberta based pulp company, who moved their Edmonton offices to St. Albert earlier this month. It is estimated that approximately 40 people will occupy the new offices, adding to the St. Albert economy.
Other recent businesses to move their business to the Offices at Grandin Parc Village include: Edward Jones, Ritzen Law, Allison Jones Immigration Consultant and an undisclosed law firm representing an additional 9,400 SF square feet of leased office space. Currently there are over 20,000 square feet of spaces remaining and ready for lease.
“We are excited to welcome Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries to the Offices at Grandin Park Village, said Randy Baker, Vice President, Real Estate Management with Amacon.” We believe St. Albert is an incredible city to do business, with close access to all forms of transportation, an educated work force, a rich significant history, and great leadership.”
