St. Albert Mayor & Amacon President Cut Ribbon
Amacon was pleased to have Mayor Nolan Crouse attend the ceremonial ribbon cutting of Grandin Parc Village on January 20, 2017.
“The ribbon cutting represents a significant step for the City of St. Albert, Amacon and Grandin Parc Village, marking the completion of the first phase of this master-planned, mixed use 10-acre development,” said Simon Taylor, director of development with Amacon. “We are extremely excited to see the Village start to take shape and have the first homes ready for occupancy.”
The Sales Centre is now open daily from 12noon to 5:00 p.m. (except for Fridays, when it’s open by appointment only.) The 91 homes are only available for sale with pricing available by visiting the Sales Centre, located in-building at #104 – 5 St. Louis Street, St. Albert. For more information call 780-458-6688.
